A short description; the scandium eco-friendly town house is a redesign, renovation and transformation of a high end furniture store into an eco- home full of Scandinavian products. Skandium is an inspiration of a London based retail brand that specializes with Scandinavian designs

Theme of design for 2018; ‘Material Consequences’-materials with ethical manufacturing techniques
Design products: Sources and supply of materials are sustainably sourced in regard to local context, climate and communities, the Scandinavian suppliers always consider always consider environmental and social impacts of the products. Skandium is an important reflection of ecologically living, sustainable and responsible designs.
Design concept; material concept, organizational concept, functional and structural concept, formal concepts
Quality of materials, both designers interpreted the idea of ‘consequences’ as an emphasis on making quality products that stand a test of time and lasts longer.
Product use; the materials are versatile and flexible such that one can reconfigure the space to suit one’s lifestyle and priorities.
The brands feature modular furniture, all the Montana furniture pieces are created from wood derived from local communities and suppliers that reforest as they harvest.
Functionality and aesthetic appeal of the space; exude practical beauty, elegance and ecological living perspective.
Décor; furnishing; Montana and Skagerak have furnished the property using pieces from brand that have strong ethical commitment and social responsibility initiatives.

The overlap bench and table designed by Swedish Architecture studio Taf. The reform table and bench by Louise Hederstrom and the classic Lise Sun chair as a vintage collection that was designed 25 years ago by Isbrand.
